The S-Series range of slimline sliding doors is designed for projects that demand refined detailing and uninterrupted views. With two systems — S3 and S4 — the range offers flexibility in dimension and performance while maintaining a minimal, contemporary aesthetic. Configurable with up to six sashes, corner openings and concealed frames, the S-Series achieves expansive glazing with sight-lines as narrow as 20–25 mm.

Architectural flexibility

From single openings to panoramic sliding façades, the S-Series supports panels up to 4.0 m x 4.0 m. Configurations include multiple sashes, pocketed doors and 90° corners, allowing designers to define openness, proportion and continuity with precision.

Minimal frame, maximum glass

Designed to prioritise glass over structure, S-Series sliding doors achieve slim sightlines and expansive glazed areas across every configuration. Interlocks of just 20–25 mm and fully concealed frame options create uninterrupted views and smooth transitions between inside and out.

Performance, matched to need

The S-Series unites refinement with resilience. S3 achieves U-values from 1.3 W/m²K, while S4 delivers 0.9 W/m²K. Both systems are tested for acoustic insulation, weather resistance and security, ensuring lasting performance in residential and commercial settings.

Perla co-founder and Technical Director, Sebastian, oversees the planning and specification phases of the production process. He also acts as the main point of contact for clients prior to manufacturing and installation.

Sebastian’s extensive knowledge of design and production stems from a life-long interest in manufacturing and engineering. Starting out as a plumber and electrician alongside his father in the family business, Sebastian went on to establish a partnership with Nick and Dan’s building company. Together, they completed more than 100 projects and built a reputation for uncompromising quality.

Prior to establishing Perla in 2015, good friends Nick and Dan ran a London-based boutique building company focused on high-end renovations and interiors projects.
