
Every Perla project follows a clear, structured process designed to deliver accuracy and quality from first drawing to final installation. By managing each stage in-house — from consultation and technical design to fabrication and installation — we provide a single, accountable point of contact. The result is consistency, control and the confidence that every element meets the standards expected of a Perla system.

Stage 1
We begin by reviewing your sketches or design drawings to understand your intent and requirements. Our team then prepares a detailed estimate outlining scope, specification, and approach before any work begins.

Stage 2
Once your order is confirmed, our survey team visits site to verify dimensions and assess conditions. Using this information, we produce accurate technical drawings for your review and formal approval.

Stage 3
With drawings approved and measurements confirmed, fabrication begins at our factory. Each element is produced to exacting tolerances by our engineering team, with quality control applied at every step.

Stage 4
Our dedicated installation teams work exclusively on Perla projects. By keeping this stage in-house, we maintain control over finish, alignment and performance — ensuring each installation meets the expectations of our clients.
How we work
From enquiry to installation, we make our process transparent from the outset so you know exactly how your project will progress. We follow a tried and tested process for each project, and pride ourselves on our quick turnaround, aiming for delivery and installation within 12–14 weeks.

Submit drawings or sketches using our enquiry form, and we’ll confirm next steps within 24 hours

Within 5–10 days, we provide a detailed estimate outlining scope, specification and lead time

Approve the estimate and confirm your order with a 50% deposit to begin the project

Within 5–10 days, our survey team visits site to verify dimensions and assess conditions

5-10 days after the survey, we issue drawings for your review and formal approval

Once technical drawings are approved, we issue the final contract for signing

Fabrication begins under the supervision of our expert engineering team

In around 12–14 weeks, our installation team completes the project to specification

Perla co-founder and Technical Director, Sebastian, oversees the planning and specification phases of the production process. He also acts as the main point of contact for clients prior to manufacturing and installation.
Sebastian’s extensive knowledge of design and production stems from a life-long interest in manufacturing and engineering. Starting out as a plumber and electrician alongside his father in the family business, Sebastian went on to establish a partnership with Nick and Dan’s building company. Together, they completed more than 100 projects and built a reputation for uncompromising quality.

Drawing on his past experience in marketing, at technology giant Intel, Nick’s primary focus is on the bigger picture. Prior to establishing Perla in 2015, good friends Nick and Dan ran a London-based boutique building company focused on high-end renovations and interiors projects.

Having overseen a huge variety of residential and commercial projects, Dan knows how to resolve issues long before they become problems. His broad experience in building processes ensures every project runs on-time, on-budget and according to the business’ ethos of providing incredible service and impeccable quality.
